The Work
You will test an AI personalization feature by creating short, multi-turn conversations in Thai. You will use personal context and connected activity sources to see whether the model makes responses more relevant and helpful.
You will compare two responses, assess their quality, and explain your decisions in clear written rationales. You will also review technical details showing whether chat summaries and data sources were used correctly, then delete evaluation conversations to protect future chat history.
- Create and run conversational prompts lasting 1 to 5 turns.
- Check whether responses match the intent of the starting prompt and use personal information appropriately.
- Assess Grounding, integration quality, helpfulness, ease of use, and naturalness.
- Identify incorrect personalization, weak inferences, forced connections, and overexplaining.
- Rank two model responses side by side and reference specific conversation turns in your reasoning.
- Extract and verify debugging information about chat summaries and data sources.
- Delete evaluation conversations after review to maintain clean data.
