The work
You will help improve AI systems that handle professional video-editing work. You will create realistic editing tasks, review AI-generated responses, and explain how well they meet professional standards.
The work covers editing, post-production, motion graphics, audio, color, and content-creation workflows.
- Create tasks involving timeline editing, trimming, multitrack layering, transitions, effects, titles, animation, audio syncing, mixing, color adjustments, and exporting.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and professional usefulness.
- Find errors or weaknesses in editing workflows and explain them clearly.
- Write structured feedback that can help improve AI model performance.
- Apply judgment across video editing, post-production, motion graphics, and content creation.
What it pays and takes
This is ongoing, project-based work completed remotely and independently. You can work at your own pace, with no set schedule stated for the role.
- Pay: up to $125 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: At least two years using OpenShot or an equivalent video-editing tool.
- Professional background: Experience at a production studio, marketing or media agency, broadcast company, or streaming company.
