The work
You will create realistic product design scenarios based on the briefs a working designer would receive. You will take each scenario from the initial brief through a polished interface outcome.
You will also write clear critiques explaining decisions about hierarchy, spacing, and interaction patterns. Your evaluations will test whether generated interfaces are usable, visually strong, practical, and effective for real users.
- Create product design scenarios and polished interface outcomes.
- Write reference critiques about hierarchy, spacing, and interaction patterns.
- Evaluate generated interfaces for usability, visual quality, and user performance.
- Demonstrate Figma workflows, including auto layout, components, and prototyping.

About AI training work
AI training work is the human side of building artificial intelligence. In this role, your professional design judgment helps prepare and review examples that measure how well AI systems understand and produce useful interface designs. Experienced contributors are paid for applying specialized knowledge to these evaluations.
