The work
You will lead quality reviews for TypeScript AI training projects. You will assess code, explanations, tests, debugging responses, and trainer QA work, then give clear written feedback based on project rubrics.
You will also help maintain consistent standards across remote contributors by tracking quality issues, supporting onboarding, updating documentation, and communicating workflow changes.

- Check type safety, runtime behavior, logic, async behavior, edge cases, security awareness, readability, maintainability, performance, test coverage, formatting, and rubric adherence.
- Monitor quality, escalate recurring or critical issues, and help improve consistency across trainers and quality reviewers.
- Communicate project updates, workflow changes, and review standards to remote contributors.
- Support onboarding materials, FAQs, trackers, examples, calibration tasks, project documentation, and other quality resources.
