The work
You will lead quality review for Tamil AI training work. The role involves checking AI-generated content and quality assurance submissions, applying detailed rubrics, and giving clear feedback that helps improve model behavior.
- Evaluate AI model outputs and quality assurance submissions.
- Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines.
- Make evidence-based judgments and explain them clearly.
- Check Tamil content for mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, unsupported claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terminology.
- Maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.
- Manage quality workflows, style guides, frequently asked questions, trackers, onboarding materials, and other documentation.
- Use tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
What it pays and takes
This is part-time remote contractor work expected to last one to three months. Scheduling is flexible, and estimated project earnings are $4,000 based on the stated schedule and duration.
- $25 per hour.
- At least 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
- Open to candidates in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
- Professional fluency in Tamil, including strong reading and writing skills.
- Strong English skills for following guidelines, communicating with teams, and writing clear feedback.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics.
- At least three years of professional experience in Tamil writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality assurance, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
- Strong knowledge of Tamil grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
- Excellent attention to detail, structured communication, organization, and quality workflow management.
- Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or quality assurance staff is preferred.
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt and response evaluation, or rubric-based language model quality assurance is helpful.
