As a Punjabi Quality Assurance Lead, you will review AI-generated content and trainer and QA submissions against project guidelines and detailed rubrics. You will help maintain accurate, fluent, culturally appropriate Punjabi content for AI training projects.

- Review Punjabi content and submissions for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting, and terminology.
- Find recurring quality issues, identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, ambiguity, unsupported claims, and inconsistent terminology.
- Give clear written feedback and escalate critical concerns when needed.
- Explain guideline updates and workflow changes to trainers and QAs, answer questions about Punjabi wording and script requirements, and support onboarding and training.
- Create and maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, quality notes, examples, and onboarding materials.
- Help align reviewers on changing standards and recommend improvements to scalable quality processes.
What It Pays and Takes
- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Work type: Remote contractor and part-time work.
- Time requirement: 20 or more hours per week.
- Project details: Scheduling and project length are confirmed for each assignment.
- Location: Open to candidates in Canada, India, and Pakistan.
- Language: Fluency in Punjabi, fluent Punjabi reading and writing, and strong English communication skills.
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics is required.
- Experience level: Entry level.
- Experience: At least three years in Punjabi writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality assurance, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
- Language skills: Reading and writing ability in Gurmukhi and/or Shahmukhi is required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Punjabi grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, dialect variation, and cultural context.
- Core skills: Evaluate content against detailed rubrics, stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and provide clear written feedback.
- Helpful background: Remote teams, documentation tools, AI training, data annotation, large language models, or rubric-based evaluation.
