The work
You will review Malayalam AI-training content and trainer quality-assurance submissions. Your checks will cover accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, meaning, formatting, and adherence to project rubrics.
You will also help keep remote workflows consistent by communicating with trainers and QA contributors, answering questions, following up on activation, and supporting onboarding and training sessions. The duties and qualifications should be reviewed before applying because the supplied role titles describe the position differently.
- Review Malayalam items and trainer QA submissions against project guidelines.
- Give clear written feedback to trainers and QA contributors.
- Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
- Identify recurring quality issues and suggest workflow improvements.
- Support trainer communication, question handling, activation follow-up, onboarding, and training sessions.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. The work requires strong Malayalam language judgment, clear English communication, and organized remote collaboration.
- Pay: $30 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Languages: Fluent Malayalam with strong reading and writing ability; strong English communication.
- Experience: Malayalam writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language-review work.
- Skills: Comfort with remote collaboration tools and organized documentation practices.
