You will review candidate CVs and recorded AI-conducted interviews to assess whether applicants fit technical and non-technical roles. Your reviews will support fair, consistent hiring decisions through clear evaluations and structured recommendations.
- Assess qualifications against job descriptions and project requirements.
- Identify relevant skills, work experience, career progression, and seniority.
- Find missing information, inconsistencies, or potential concerns in applications and interview responses.
- Check interview authenticity by identifying suspicious activity, misuse, or discrepancies.
- Verify candidate information through professional profiles, work history, and supporting materials when needed.
- Write concise reviewer notes and structured feedback explaining your evaluation and recommendation.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a part-time contractor role for candidates in Bangladesh. The work requires careful judgment, strong written English, and a computer that can reliably handle CVs, recorded interviews, and evaluation tasks.
- Pay: $4 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh.
- Language: Fluent English with excellent written communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Experience: CV screening, recruitment support, interviewing, talent evaluation, or hiring operations.
- Skills: Strong analysis, observation, attention to detail, and objective decision-making.
- Equipment: A personal laptop or computer capable of reviewing CVs and recorded interviews.
