The work
Design realistic engineering projects and turn them into clear system architectures and connected tasks for AI training. The work covers mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and manufacturing decisions.
- Set system boundaries, subsystem responsibilities, interfaces, and technical constraints.
- Break complex architecture problems into tasks with clear inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and expert responsibilities.
- Set technical objectives and evaluation criteria for engineering workflows.
- Use architecture reviews, interface management, and technical trade studies to assess complex systems.
What it pays and takes

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
The hiring platform's application for this job asks for your resume, your LinkedIn profile, your phone number, your location and answers to 7 screening questions.
About AI training work
AI training uses examples prepared and reviewed by people to help AI systems learn. This role applies systems architecture expertise to create realistic engineering tasks and evaluation criteria for that work.
