The work
You will evaluate biology and bioinformatics workflows used for AI benchmarking and model development. The work calls for expert judgment across biological data analysis, scientific methods, accuracy, reproducibility, and clear technical documentation.
- Design, evaluate, and critique biology, bioinformatics, and computational biology workflows.
- Analyze NGS, RNA-seq, single-cell, variant-calling, and protein-structure datasets.
- Review pipeline parameters, tool settings, and statistical methods, then recommend improvements.
- Help develop and validate biology-related AI models and tools using specialist knowledge.
- Explain complex scientific ideas to technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Document findings, methods, and best practices.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence, including reviewing data, testing model outputs, and judging whether results are accurate and useful. People with deep subject knowledge help models handle specialized topics more reliably, which is why expert scientific review is needed.
