The work
You will support AI benchmarking and model-development work by reviewing biology, bioinformatics, and computational biology workflows. You will assess scientific methods, tools, data analysis, and AI models, then provide clear feedback for technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Design, evaluate, and critique workflows used in biology, bioinformatics, and computational biology.
- Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, NGS, RNA-seq, single-cell, variant-calling, and protein-structure data.
- Review pipeline parameters, tool configurations, statistical methods, and biology-related AI models or tools.
- Assess accuracy, reproducibility, and scientific quality.
- Explain complex scientific concepts clearly and document findings, methods, and best practices.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
The hiring platform's application for this job asks for your resume, your LinkedIn profile, your phone number, your location and answers to 4 screening questions.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including reviewing model outputs, evaluating results, and preparing reliable data. People with deep scientific expertise are paid to judge whether technical answers, methods, and workflows are accurate and useful.
