This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity for engineers in São Paulo and across Brazil who have real independent projects underway and want to accelerate their work while contributing to AI training.
What You'll Do
- Share a GitHub repository for a project you own and are actively working on
- Keep developing it in your own environment using Claude Code CLI
- While you code, you'll occasionally be asked to choose the best of the responses Claude gives you
- We keep those preference answers; you keep everything you build
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on software engineering experience in any language or stack
- A substantial project of your own on GitHub (not a tutorial, template, or to-do app)
- Comfort working in the terminal and with Git
- Clear judgment about code quality, correctness, and good engineering trade-offs
