Software Engineer: Build Your Own Project with AI Tools
Bring a real coding project you care about and keep building it with Claude Code CLI. We cover the token costs, and the project and code stay entirely yours.
This contract role is a strong fit for engineers in Warsaw and across Poland who have active independent or open-source projects and want to push them further while helping shape the next generation of AI coding tools.
What You'll Do
- Share a GitHub repository for a project you own and are actively working on
- Keep developing it in your own environment using Claude Code CLI
- While you code, you'll occasionally be asked to choose the best of the responses Claude gives you
- We keep those preference answers; you keep everything you build
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on software engineering experience in any language or stack
- A substantial project of your own on GitHub (not a tutorial, template, or to-do app)
- Comfort working in the terminal and with Git
- Clear judgment about code quality, correctness, and good engineering trade-offs
