Small Business Owners AI Response Evaluation (Korean Docs)

You will evaluate and compare AI chatbot responses across realistic small business situations. The work uses business documents, chatbot transcripts, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images to support structured feedback.

You will create prompts based on defined business goals, interact with multiple chatbots, and submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results. Some scenarios cover marketing, customer interactions, market research, financial planning, and daily operations.

• Create realistic business prompts based on defined user goals.
• Have conversations of up to five turns with multiple AI chatbots.
• Assess responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Provide structured comparisons and submit evaluation results.
• Review scenarios involving marketing, customers, research, finance, and operations.

This is remote, flexible, project-based contractor work with a defined number of evaluation tasks. Compensation details are not provided in the role information.
