The work
You will contribute original vertical video footage that helps AI training projects understand how real creators make short-form content. Your work may include raw clips, direct-to-camera delivery, editing choices, on-screen text, cuts, and pacing.
Assignments are completed remotely and asynchronously. You will follow written project guidelines and provide footage that is well lit, steady, and recorded with clear audio.
- Share raw clips from your original short-form video content.
- Explain or demonstrate editing decisions such as cuts, text overlays, and pacing when requested.
- Create clear, usable footage while speaking comfortably to camera.
- Follow written instructions about the content and clips needed.
- Share only footage you have the right to use, with consent from every adult appearing on camera.
What it pays and takes
This is flexible, part-time contract work for someone who already creates short-form video regularly. The role is listed at 20+ hours per week, with assignments completed asynchronously and without a set daily schedule.
- Pay: Up to $30 per hour.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
- Workload: 20+ hours per week.
- Publish original vertical video at least three times each week.
- Edit your own Reels or similar short-form videos with visible cuts, on-screen text, and deliberate pacing.
- Show strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written project guidelines.
- Retain the rights to all shared footage and obtain consent from every adult shown.
Helpful background
Experience creating content in cooking, DIY and how-to, product demonstrations, pets, fitness, daily routines, or hobby topics may be useful. An established audience of about 10,000 to 100,000 followers and engagement of around 2% to 3% or higher can also help, but neither is required.
