The Work
You will help create code datasets used to train and evaluate large language models. The work combines software engineering with careful review of AI-generated code and clear explanations of your decisions.
You will work with researchers and other teams to test how well AI systems handle software engineering tasks and improve the ways those systems are evaluated.
- Create code examples and solutions in Python, JavaScript, React.js, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Review and improve AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, reliability, and quality.
- Build agents that verify code and identify common error patterns.
- Design automated checks for solutions to software engineering tasks.
- Consider the steps in the software engineering cycle and evaluate model performance at each step.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI coding solutions against industry benchmarks.
