The Work
You will help improve large language models through coding, training-data creation, and response evaluation. The work focuses on producing and reviewing examples rather than building or fine-tuning the models themselves.
- Write and maintain efficient Python code for AI training and evaluation workflows.
- Create Python solutions, model responses, supervised fine-tuning examples, and evaluation explanations.
- Compare and rank model responses for quality, relevance, accuracy, and alignment.
- Test model performance, analyze results, and suggest ways to improve quality.
- Refine responses for clearer language, stronger relevance, and technical accuracy.
- Review code and documentation, design evaluation approaches, and give constructive technical feedback.
- Support reinforcement learning from human feedback and reward-model improvement work.
- Work with researchers and annotators while exploring tools and methods for stronger AI training processes.

About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind many artificial intelligence systems. Contributors write examples, review model responses, evaluate accuracy, and provide feedback that helps models produce better results.
