The work
You will create and assess software examples used to train and evaluate AI systems. The work covers full-stack applications, backend and machine learning workflows, frontend interfaces, APIs, and multiple stages of software development.
- Build and refine code examples and solutions for model training and benchmarks.
- Evaluate AI-generated code across Python backends, machine learning workflows, JavaScript applications, React interfaces, and Node.js APIs.
- Assess engineering tasks in C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go codebases.
- Find recurring code errors and develop agents and automated checks to test software quality and correctness.
- Assess work across prototyping, architecture, API design, production implementation, launch, experimentation, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI coding systems against industry benchmarks.

About AI training work
AI training is work where people prepare examples and review AI outputs so systems can learn from them. Software engineers contribute specialized judgment by assessing code and explaining what makes a solution correct, reliable, and production-ready.
