The work
You will create and review software-engineering examples used to train and assess AI models. The title highlights JavaScript and React, while the duties focus on software-engineering code evaluation; review the duties and qualifications before applying.
- Curate code examples, write solutions, and correct implementation errors.
- Assess AI-generated code for quality, efficiency, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Build Python agents and automated tools that find error patterns and test software solutions.
- Evaluate AI capabilities across prototyping, architecture and API design, production implementation, launch, experimentation, monitoring, and ongoing operations.
- Work mainly in Python, with JavaScript and React, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go also involved.
Requirements and engagement
- The expected commitment is 20 or more hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
- Strong Python skills, including production frameworks, tools, and good development practices.
- Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software with modern languages and tools.
- A strong grasp of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code review, plus the ability to write clear, structured evaluation explanations.
- Production experience at a large-scale engineering organization and formal computer science or comparable technical training are helpful; practical engineering skill is valued.
