The Work
You will support AI training by examining connected revenue systems and turning complex business judgment into clear prompts, recommendations, and documentation. The work covers CRM, billing, and ticketing data, with a focus on policy logic and operational consistency.
You will assess conflicting rules and cascading changes across systems, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and document both changes and areas intentionally left unchanged.
- Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data for policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permission mismatches, and unclear processes.
- Write prompts and recommendations for handling complex or ambiguous revenue scenarios.
- Evaluate desired data states and correct discrepancies across connected systems.
- Document policy exceptions, ambiguous renewal cases, entitlement changes, and the reasoning behind operational decisions.
- Create reference documentation that technical and non-technical stakeholders can use.
- Apply critical judgment when changes affect multiple connected systems.
