Use your concierge experience to create realistic prompts and evaluate AI-generated responses. Your feedback will help improve how AI handles concierge tasks and workplace communication.
- Write prompts based on real estate concierge and guest-service situations.
- Review responses about local attractions, dining, events, travel, reservations, and special requests.
- Assess practical judgment, accuracy in handling tasks, and clarity of communication.
- Evaluate scenarios involving errands, luggage, business services, special events, and support for special needs.
- Give clear, organized feedback about workplace language and responsibilities.
What it pays and what you need
- Pay: Up to $60 per hour, depending on the project.
- Hours: 20+ hours per week, with a flexible, asynchronous schedule.
- Location: Remote; open to candidates in the United States.
- Work type: Contract.
- Experience: At least four years in real estate concierge or closely related concierge work.
- Practical experience helping guests with local information, reservations, dining, events, or travel.
- Ability to handle unique requests, special events, special needs, errands, luggage, or business services.
- Strong written communication and the ability to explain decisions in clear, structured feedback.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously; fluent in English.
- Experience arranging specialized services, coordinating complex guest requests, and balancing multiple service needs is helpful. Prior AI training experience is not required.
