The work
As an R Team Lead focused on quality assurance, you will review AI-generated R programming and data-analysis work. You will check whether code, statistical explanations, visualizations, data-wrangling steps, and modeling workflows are correct, clear, reproducible, and aligned with project rules.
You will also write precise feedback, help contributors follow guidelines, support R-related questions, and improve review processes. The role includes maintaining practical resources such as documentation, style guides, examples, trackers, frequently asked questions, test cases, and onboarding materials.
