The Work
You will review Bengali AI-generated content and trainer or QA submissions against detailed project rubrics. Your reviews will cover accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural fit, meaning, formatting, and instruction-following.
You will also help keep quality work consistent across remote teams. This role combines team-lead and quality-assurance duties, so review the duties and qualifications before applying.
- Review Bengali AI-generated content and trainer or QA work for quality and consistency.
- Find recurring problems and give clear written feedback to trainers and QAs.
- Maintain Bengali style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, onboarding materials, and quality notes.
- Support onboarding and training calls for trainers and QAs.
- Answer questions about Bengali wording, register, translation fidelity, cultural context, and Bangladesh versus West Bengal usage.
- Monitor contributor activity and help keep quality workflows moving across remote teams.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. The work requires strong Bengali and English communication, careful rubric-based review, and experience with language or quality work.
- Pay: Up to $25 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Bengali and English.
- Experience: Background in Bengali writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
- Skills: Ability to spot mistranslation, awkward phrasing, inconsistent terminology, and other quality issues.
- Collaboration: Experience working with remote contributors and quality documentation.
- Helpful background: A degree in Bengali, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Helpful experience: Leading or supporting trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs; using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools; or working with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt or response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA.
