PowerPoint Specialist for Task Creation and Screen Recording

You will create realistic PowerPoint workflows that show how people use presentation software for business, education, sales, administration, marketing, reporting, and presentation design. You will prepare the files and assets, document the intended result, record the full workflow, and review each submission for clarity and completeness.

• Create presentation tasks using layouts, themes, formatting, charts, images, shapes, SmartArt, tables, speaker notes, animations, transitions, templates, and export workflows.
• Prepare PowerPoint files, images, charts, templates, and other reference materials before recording.
• Document the task context, starting state, goals, steps, assets, constraints, and expected outcome.
• Record yourself completing the full computer workflow in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Check that each submission is realistic, understandable, complete, and aligned with quality guidelines.

• Pay: $15 per hour.
• Schedule: 20 or more hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contractor role.
• Location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
• Experience level: Entry level, with hands-on Microsoft PowerPoint experience required.
• Language: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of slide layouts, themes, formatting, charts, tables, images, shapes, animations, transitions, speaker notes, and exports.
• You should be able to manage files and software interfaces, prepare assets, create clear screen recordings, work independently, and maintain consistent quality.
• Experience in design, sales, marketing, education, administration, finance, operations, reporting, or other computer-based workflows can help you create varied presentation scenarios.
