The work
As a Philosophy Quality Assurance Lead, you will review AI-generated philosophy content and the work of trainers and quality reviewers. You will judge each item against project guidelines and provide clear feedback that keeps contributors aligned with quality standards.

- Evaluate trainer and QA work for accuracy, rigor, and alignment with project rubrics.
- Check conceptual accuracy, argument structure, logical validity, context, interpretation, clarity, nuance, formatting, and instruction-following.
- Identify strawman arguments, invalid inferences, conceptual confusion, oversimplification, unsupported claims, false equivalence, and misrepresented philosophical views.
- Write precise feedback and escalate recurring or critical quality issues.
- Communicate project updates, quality expectations, and review standards to remote contributors.
- Support onboarding, training calls, documentation, calibration materials, and process improvements.
