The work
You will create and assess text-based evaluation data used to measure how well AI models reason about philosophy. Your work will cover argument analysis, ethical dilemmas, and applied reasoning.
You will need to make careful judgments about whether model responses are valid, sound, and fair to the strongest opposing view. You will also explain clearly where an argument succeeds or breaks down.
- Create philosophical scenarios involving argument reconstruction, ethical dilemmas, and real reasoning.
- Write reference answers that identify premises, inferences, objections, and argumentative structure.
- Grade model responses for validity, soundness, and fair treatment of opposing positions.
- Identify equivocation, question-begging, weak counterexamples, and other reasoning failures.
- Apply consistent evaluation standards and explain your reasoning precisely.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind modern AI systems. People create examples, write responses, and review model outputs so systems can reason and communicate more reliably; subject experts are needed when accurate disciplinary judgment matters.
