You will evaluate AI-generated responses that use context from connected Google apps. Your reviews will help improve how AI handles personalization for business users.
You will compare multiple responses and give clear, detailed feedback based on project guidelines. Careful handling of connected app data, privacy, and confidentiality is part of the work.
- Assess whether responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and appropriately personalized.
- Review how well the AI retrieves and uses information from professional email history and business account activity.
- Identify incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, subtle inconsistencies, and irrelevant recommendations.
- Evaluate the overall user experience and explain your reasoning clearly.
- Apply project guidelines consistently across evaluations.
What it pays and takes
This is an entry-level, part-time contractor role. The project requires careful analysis, strong written communication, and independent work.
- Workload: 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates currently residing in the United States.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- You must actively use standard Google apps and have enough account data and history to support retrieval prompts.
- You need strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
- You need a desktop or laptop with reliable internet access.
- You must be able to grant required app integration permissions and complete confidentiality requirements.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field is expected.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or another analytical role is helpful but not required.
