This is a Japanese-speaking Personal Account Generalist Rater role. Applicants need to be fluent in Japanese. The location and account requirements described below still apply.
You will complete structured project tasks involving Google Wallet and Plaid. The work includes reviewing account setup and task experiences, reporting issues, and supporting an AI data project involving digital payment and pass configurations.
- Follow detailed instructions while completing assigned Google Wallet and Plaid tasks.
- Provide accurate feedback about account setup and your experience completing each task.
- Report issues or unexpected behavior you encounter.
- Complete account connections and project activities through the approved secure process.
- Keep project information confidential and complete the required consent and confidentiality documentation.
- You will not be asked to share passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, or other confidential login details.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role open to candidates in Japan. The listing does not provide a pay rate.
- Language skill: Fluent in Japanese.
- Hours: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates currently residing in Japan.

- You must actively use Google Wallet and have at least one linked payment method.
- You must have at least five saved passes, such as loyalty cards, transit passes, event tickets, or membership cards.
- You must have an existing Plaid account or be able to securely connect a bank account through the approved process.
- You must be willing to grant required app-integration permissions.
- Attention to detail, careful reporting, and respect for account privacy are required.
