The work
You will review inpatient pediatric medical records and clinical notes to help improve AI systems that reason about clinical information. The work includes checking whether model outputs and medical claims are supported by the record.
You will apply review guidelines across varied patient records and give clear feedback about clinical accuracy, missing details, inconsistent documentation, and data quality.
- Review HPI, past medical history, birth and developmental history, immunization status, assessments, and care plans.
- Check clinical claims against the supporting medical record.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information, weight-based dosing errors, and details that are not appropriate for the patient's age.
- Review FHIR data, clinical notes, and raw medical record data.
- Provide consistent findings and feedback about model outputs and documentation quality.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including reviewing medical records and rating model responses. Experienced medical professionals help models handle clinical information more accurately and consistently.
