The work
You will help evaluate AI systems that answer passport questions. You will review whether questions reflect realistic applicant needs and whether generated answers are accurate, complete, useful, and aligned with current guidance.
- Review sample passport questions and identify unrealistic applicant needs.
- Create rubrics for correct and complete answers about new applications, renewals, replacements, forms, fees, and processing options.
- Set evaluation standards for identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers and flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Provide clear written feedback while working asynchronously.
