The Work
You will help evaluate AI systems that answer passport questions. The work focuses on whether questions sound realistic and whether generated answers are accurate, complete, useful, and aligned with current guidance.
The duties focus on AI evaluation, while the required background is passport acceptance work, so read both the duties and qualifications before applying.
- Review sample passport questions and identify those that do not reflect realistic applicant needs.
- Create rubrics for correct and complete answers about new applications, renewals, replacements, forms, fees, and processing options.
- Set evaluation standards for identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers and flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Write clear feedback while working with the team asynchronously.

About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind systems that answer questions and generate text. People review model responses, write examples, and set clear standards so AI systems become more accurate and useful; subject-matter experts are especially valuable when answers depend on detailed procedures.], bullets
