The work
You will help improve AI systems by reviewing nursing and clinical-care answers. Your work will focus on whether responses are accurate, safe, clear, and appropriate for the situation.
You will also create expert healthcare content and explain the nursing reasoning behind correct answers. Some tasks involve comparing several AI responses and choosing the safest and most accurate one.
- Review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses for accuracy, safety, clarity, and relevance.
- Find errors in assessment, triage, escalation, medication safety, patient education, infection control, and care planning.
- Fact-check healthcare information and explain correct nursing reasoning.
- Write high-quality model answers and expert healthcare content across nursing topics.
- Compare multiple AI responses and rate which answer is safer and more correct.
- Check timelines, symptoms, monitoring frequency, and nursing-level dosing logic for consistency.
