The work
You will help improve AI-generated answers to national park visitor questions. The work uses your experience with park operations and visitor services to judge whether questions and answers are realistic, accurate, and complete.
- Review sample questions and flag ones that do not sound like real visitor questions.
- Write rubrics that define correct, complete answers about passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
- Cover park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning in the rubrics.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers and flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Share clear written feedback with the team asynchronously.
