About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and evaluate content. People review examples, judge model responses, and give clear feedback so AI systems produce more accurate and useful results.
Specialized reviewers are important because medical communications require careful attention to evidence, audience, compliance, and scientific meaning.
