The Work
You will create, solve, review, and validate engineering tasks used to train AI systems. The work covers engineering design, physical modeling, simulation, technical problem-solving, Python, and coding-agent workflows.
You will use engineering judgment to assess whether computational artifacts and analyses meet physical and design constraints across structural, thermal, mechanical, and multiphysics problems.
- Translate physical systems and engineering requirements into analytical or computational models.
- Generate or modify geometry and meshes, then define materials, loads, contacts, boundary conditions, constraints, and solver inputs.
- Run simulations and evaluate the resulting artifacts and analyses.
- Solve and validate problems involving mechanical design, analysis, simulation, testing, and research and development.
- Create technically rigorous task content and review solutions against engineering requirements.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including technical problems, code, and evaluated solutions. People with engineering expertise help prepare and review accurate examples so AI systems can handle specialist work more reliably.
