The Work
You will help improve AI systems by reviewing and creating mechanical engineering content. Your work focuses on whether technical solutions are correct, clear, well reasoned, and physically plausible.
- Review AI-generated mechanical engineering solutions and create expert content.
- Evaluate step-by-step reasoning, problem-solving methods, and prompt adherence.
- Find conceptual or methodological errors and check assumptions.
- Check units, dimensional consistency, and physical plausibility.
- Write clear explanations and model solutions.
- Rate and compare multiple responses for correctness and reasoning quality.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for candidates in the listed countries. The work is marked entry level, but it requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge and the ability to review technical work carefully.
- Pay: $70 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
- Language: C1 English proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related engineering field.
- Knowledge: Mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, applied physics, engineering mathematics, and system modeling.
- Work style: Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in a remote contractor workflow.
- Helpful background: Experience with design requirements, constraints, margins, trade-offs, AI data training, annotation, or technical review.
