The work
You will turn real mechanical engineering workflows into structured training and evaluation tasks for AI systems. The work covers CAD, CAE, design for manufacturing and assembly, testing, and failure analysis.
You will also help maintain dataset quality and coordinate technical contributors as projects develop.
- Convert engineering challenges into test scenarios with defined inputs, requirements, geometric constraints, kinematic constraints, and verified reference solutions.
- Create scoring rubrics and automated validation rules for stress concentrations, mesh convergence, boundary conditions, tolerance stacks, and GD&T adherence.
- Evaluate AI agents, diagnose failure modes, and define the physical criteria used to judge their work.
- Design automated and expert-reviewed quality assurance workflows.
- Coordinate distributed engineers and other technical contributors as training and evaluation datasets are developed.
