The work
You will support AI training through practical machine learning development, data analysis, validation, and performance improvement. The work combines hands-on engineering with careful experimentation, technical documentation, and data-based recommendations.
- Design, develop, and refine machine learning models with Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Analyze large datasets and use MongoDB to store, manage, and retrieve data for model training and validation.
- Evaluate models, tune hyperparameters, and benchmark results to measure performance.
- Build data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for training and inference.
- Work with other contributors to identify improvements and implement reliable solutions.
- Document methods, experiments, and results so workflows can be repeated and reviewed.
- Share practical recommendations based on data analysis and machine learning results.

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity.
- Pay: $80 to $140 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Remote contractor role with part-time employment type.
