The Work
You will create difficult questions about machine learning and applied mathematics, then review AI-generated answers. Your feedback will focus on accuracy, logical consistency, sound reasoning, and technical depth.
- Write questions grounded in machine learning theory and applied mathematics.
- Check AI responses for technical accuracy and logical consistency.
- Evaluate answers about optimization, generalization, model architectures, probabilistic modeling, and statistical inference.
- Give clear feedback to improve AI systems' understanding of machine learning and technical problem-solving.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity with flexible, asynchronous work during active project periods. The listed experience level is entry level, and prior AI evaluation or technical evaluation experience is not required.
- Pay: Up to $75 per hour.
- Workload: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Education: Doctoral study, postdoctoral work, or graduate-level completion in machine learning or a closely related field.
- Knowledge: Machine learning theory, algorithmic analysis, applied mathematics, optimization, probabilistic modeling, and statistical inference.
- Judgment: Ability to assess whether technical explanations are accurate, logically consistent, and well supported.
- Helpful backgrounds include statistics, computer science, artificial intelligence, and research on model behavior, statistical learning, or machine learning algorithms.
