The Work
You will review and validate code and solutions generated by AI systems. Your work will help improve dialogue agents used for education, entertainment, and general question-answering.
The role combines C and C++ development with code evaluation, backend work, and technical guidance. You will assess code quality and help improve how AI systems generate reliable software.
- Review AI-generated C and C++ code for correctness, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and software development best practices.
- Solve difficult coding problems found during AI validation and give clear, constructive feedback on other developers' work.
- Build new features and rework existing code in public GitHub repositories, including codebases with 50,000 or more lines.
- Develop stable, scalable backend components that support large language model training across languages and frameworks.
- Set development priorities, define goals and deadlines, and coordinate work with cross-functional teams.
- Help improve AI capabilities and connect dialogue-agent systems with other components.
