The work
Create realistic litigation scenarios and write reference answers that explain the procedural and strategic reasoning behind each legal judgment. Evaluate AI responses using the judgment of a practicing litigator, not just document review.
- Write scenarios involving complaints, dispositive motions, venue, joinder, discovery, case assessment, and settlement strategy.
- Grade AI responses on motions, discovery strategy, case assessments, and settlement decisions.
- Identify arguments that fail under procedure or precedent, even when they sound persuasive.
- Explain legal reasoning clearly so others can learn from it.
