You will help train AI systems to reason about life sciences research. The work uses biological scenarios, experiments, datasets, and scientific evidence to create structured tasks and review model responses.
You will write or improve expert answers, explain your reasoning, and apply project guidelines consistently across repeated review tasks.

This role is open worldwide and requires professional fluency in English. It is suited to people with advanced research experience in the life sciences who can interpret experiments, data, and scientific findings precisely.
- Compensation is handled through the project budget fields shown on this job page.
- Time requirement: at least 20 hours per week.
- Schedule: the project requires at least 8 hours per day and 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time.
- Fluent in English.
- Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced research experience in the life sciences.
- Strong expertise in at least one biological discipline.
- Strong scientific writing skills and close attention to precision.
- Relevant fields include molecular biology, genetics and genomics, cell biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, microbiology, immunology, evolutionary biology, ecology, structural biology, biophysics, developmental biology, cancer biology, pharmacology, and related life sciences.
- Helpful experience includes designing graduate-level problems or assessments, reviewing manuscripts or research, translating complex concepts into precise questions, evaluating AI-generated scientific responses, or working with AI and machine learning evaluation datasets.
- Peer-reviewed publications or graduate-level teaching and mentoring experience are helpful.
