About AI training work
AI training work is the human work behind systems that generate and evaluate text, images, audio, and other content. Contributors review examples, write material, and give feedback so models produce more accurate and reliable results.
People with legal expertise are paid for applying their knowledge to specialized review, reasoning, and quality checks that general annotators cannot perform reliably.
