The work
You will turn real legal and compliance workflows into practical tasks that test how well AI systems handle complex work. The tasks should require careful reading, reasoning across documents, and sound judgment when requirements conflict.
You will also prepare the materials and grading standards needed for reliable evaluation. Approved tasks must be delivered on schedule and meet the required quality level.
- Design tasks based on contract review, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk analysis.
- Write clear instructions and assemble agreements, policies, regulations, and diligence files.
- Set objective grading criteria so qualified reviewers can reach consistent conclusions.
- Build tasks that require cross-document reasoning and judgment, not simple information lookup.
- Find ambiguous tasks or tasks that cannot be graded reliably before submission.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including writing tasks and reviewing model responses. People with legal and compliance experience help make these evaluations accurate because they can judge practical risk, obligations, and reasoning that general reference material may not capture.
