The Work
You will help improve language models by reviewing AI-generated Bulgarian text and writing examples that show accurate, natural language. The work covers general knowledge, customer support, education, conversational writing, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive content.
- Create prompts and high-quality Bulgarian reference answers.
- Review AI text for grammar, spelling, fluency, tone, cultural fit, terminology, ambiguity, logic, and prompt adherence.
- Write detailed feedback, corrections, rewrites, and model answers in clear, idiomatic Bulgarian.
- Compare and rank multiple AI responses for correctness, fluency, meaning, register, safety, terminology, and overall quality.
- Identify mistranslations, unsupported claims, bias, unsafe wording, awkward literal phrasing, and culturally mismatched language.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for freelancers located in Bulgaria. You will work independently with flexibility across time zones.
- $20 per hour.
- At least 20 hours per week.
- Open to candidates located in Bulgaria.
- Fluent Bulgarian with strong reading and writing skills.
- Professional English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Deep knowledge of Bulgarian grammar, spelling, punctuation, Cyrillic conventions, tone, style, and different registers.
- Ability to explain language errors and suggest corrections that preserve meaning and fit the intended audience.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in language, writing, communications, or education, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of professional experience in writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality, journalism, education, or related language work.
