- Write or improve responses and explain the reasoning clearly.
- Review source materials and AI outputs against project guidelines.
- Evaluate and rank responses for accuracy, fluency, context, and reasoning quality.
- Find methodological errors, missing concepts, inaccuracies, bias, and unclear explanations.
- Create prompts, model answers, and bilingual examples that show correct methods.
- Explain your decisions clearly and apply detailed review rubrics consistently.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role for candidates in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. The listed experience level is entry level, while the role also asks for relevant professional or academic experience.
- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic, including Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major Arabic dialect.
- English: C1 or higher reading and writing proficiency.
- Experience: At least three years in translation, localization, editorial quality assurance, content quality, linguistic review, or equivalent experience.
- Background: Professional or academic expertise in linguistics, translation, Arabic language, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, fact-checking, attention to detail, and independent work in a remote, asynchronous contractor setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Arabic localization for the Middle East and North Africa, including terminology, formatting, and cultural context.
