About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate text and other content. Reviewers write examples, compare answers, and give clear feedback so models produce more accurate and useful results.
Language specialists are especially important when quality depends on grammar, meaning, tone, cultural fit, and natural phrasing.
