Language Expert AI Reviewer

You will review AI-generated Indonesian text and reference answers so AI systems can improve. The work combines language judgment, careful editing, and clear written feedback in English.

• Create or improve expert responses and explain your reasoning.
• Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines.
• Explain your judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior.
• Keep quality and decisions consistent across repeated review tasks.
• Spot subtle meaning changes, awkward literal translations, unsupported claims, and culturally mismatched wording.

This is a part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. Estimated project earnings are $3,200 based on the schedule and duration shown on OpenTrain.

• Pay: $20 per hour.
• Schedule: 20 or more hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote contractor workflow across time zones.
• Location: Open to candidates in Indonesia.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Indonesian or English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Language: Professional fluency in Indonesian, with strong reading and writing skills.
• Language: Strong professional English proficiency at a minimum C1 level for following guidelines and providing detailed feedback.
• Experience: At least three years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
• Knowledge: Indonesian grammar, spelling conventions including EYD or PUEBI, punctuation, and style, with the ability to explain and correct errors.
• Judgment: Comfortable working with formal and informal registers, Indonesian business writing, and slang when appropriate for the audience and platform.
• Preferred: Experience with AI data training or annotation, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation.
