About this role
Are you a Kinyarwanda language expert eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from simple chatbots into powerful engines of communication and understanding. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can deliver more accurate, culturally aware, and natural language experiences across education, accessibility, and global communication. That training data begins with you—your expertise will help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for fluent Kinyarwanda linguists and language specialists with a deep understanding of grammar, syntax, semantics, and cultural context. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools to evaluate and improve Kinyarwanda text outputs, provide linguistic feedback, and refine data to strengthen model comprehension and expression.
On a typical day, you will review AI-generated Kinyarwanda content for linguistic accuracy and fluency, annotate text for tone and meaning, identify and correct subtle language errors, and collaborate with our team to improve prompt design and quality assurance standards.
Native or near-native fluency in Kinyarwanda is required, along with strong proficiency in English. A background in linguistics, translation, language teaching, or related fields is preferred. Attention to detail, cultural awareness, and clear communication skills are essential.
Ready to channel your Kinyarwanda language expertise into building the AI models of tomorrow? Apply today and help shape technology that communicates naturally with millions of speakers around the world.
