The work
As a JavaScript Team Lead, you will review AI-generated code and trainer and QA submissions for technical quality. You will assess whether solutions are correct, executable, clear, secure, maintainable, and aligned with project instructions and rubrics.
You will also identify recurring quality problems, share precise written feedback, maintain project resources, and support remote contributors and workflow updates.
- Review JavaScript code, debugging responses, implementation explanations, algorithmic solutions, frontend and backend snippets, tests, and step-by-step reasoning.
- Evaluate trainer and QA submissions against project guidelines and project-specific rubrics.
- Check code correctness, async logic, browser and Node.js differences, security, performance, readability, edge cases, and test coverage.
- Identify incorrect logic, non-executable code, insecure recommendations, incomplete explanations, formatting issues, and instruction-following problems.
- Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, honeypots, calibration tasks, onboarding materials, and other quality documentation.
